WIM is a World of Warcraft addon which helps you to manage your whispers by making them into a classic instant messenger interface such as AIM, Yahoo and MSN.
With game play in mind, WIM has a large array of options where you can customize how WIM interacts during different situations, such as while you are in combat or in town talking to friends or selling your crafts. The WIM community and their suggestions are responsible for a large variety features that exist inside of WIM. With this in mind, the creation of this website seemed to be a viable solution to help keep the community growing.

10/27/2009 - WIM 3.2.2 Released!
October 26, 2009, 09:57:14 PM by Pazza Sorry it took so long to get an update out. Had a really busy week. Anway this update should hopefully fix the issues everyone has been having with the "clickStart" error. I still don't know why it was happening but at least I added a quick check to avoid doing arithmetic on it if the value is nil.
Change Log:
Fixed bug which caused arithmetic error in ClickControl.lua.Added scroll bars to WIM's sound option menus (More adaptations to come).
Yes, I finally added a new menu system for the sound drop downs in WIM's options. These menus now have scroll bars. I will slowly adopt these menus to the other drop downs in the options window as well but since there aren't many skins out there yet, there isn't much of a hurry for this.
As far as the issues you guys have been having with vehicles and pets, a friend of mine has been nice enough to let me use his toon to do some investigating. Hopefully I can find the source of the problem and fix it.

10/19/2009 - WIM 3.2.1 Released!
October 19, 2009, 10:41:33 AM by Pazza Well the summer is over and my work on WIM has continued. Thank you to everyone who posted on the forums and for your patience in everything. This is a pretty big change log. Some minor and some major but I definitely felt that it warranted a graduation form 3.1.x to 3.2.x. It's also nice to stay consistent with the current version of WoW. I digress… Sorry. Here goes.
Updated French translations. (Thank you vibé) Updated various libraries.  ,buy wow gold; Added option '<Tab> to advance tell target.' (Thank you Nathan) Added WIM API RegisterPreSendFilterText(function). Added option to World & Custom channels to disable sounds. Fixed bug in History Viewer when viewing blocked users. Added class selection to level filter. Added option to Expose to delay if currently typing. Added World Frame Click Detection. You can now click out of a WIM window. Fixed bug when editing filters. Changes saved even though user clicked 'Cancel'. Fixed bug — Wasn't updating args from message event filters. Added Name/Class colorizing to names in chat. Added Message Format option 'Bracket names.'. Removed isPrivateServer restriction from W2W (/wim addon_messages) Modified replyTellTarget hook's behavior (Thank you Stewart) Updated Russian translations (Thank you Stingersoft)
Let me explain some of these changes:
First, Nathan, the creator of Mispelled who has written a great spell checking addon asked for an option to change the behavior of the <Tab> key when inside of a WIM window. By default, this allows you to toggle through all the tabs in that current tab group. Now there is an option (/wim) to instead have tab cycle through recent whispers. This behavior functions just like the default chat frame.
Expose has been modified to be aware of whether or not you are typing a message before being triggered by combat. If you enter combat while typing a message, Expose will be delayed until your message has been sent.
A long requested feature that I had to regretfully decline is now a reality. User's have asked me many times to drop focus from a WIM window when you click out of it. This wasn't possible. At least so I thought. Even Blizzard hasn't thought of this. By Securely hooking the WorldFrame's OnMouseDown &,www.forwowgold.org; OnMouseUp, I was able to create my own OnClick event. I'm rambling and most of you don't care. Long story short, you can now click out of a WIM window.
Name/Class coloring has now been added to the default WIM message formmating as well as an option to modify how names are encapulated. Example: [Pazza]: <Pazza>: or just Pazza:
Finally some other translation updates and bug fixes.

This update should resolve any conflicts people were having Shift-Clicking names in chat for who lookups.

08-13-2009 - WIM 3.1.2 Released!
August 13, 2009, 10:27:15 AM by Pazza I know it has been quiet around here lately. It's summer and I'm keeping myself away from the computer as much as possible. I had some things sitting inside of beta that the team has been using and its been quiet as far as bugs go. To be honest, I forgot I had things sitting unreleased. So That is what this update is. It isn't huge but does touch upon some issues reported.
Mainly, this package contains updated libraries. I know there has been work down with LibWho-2.0 and some issues were arising because of the out-dated lib attached with WIM. I hope this resolves your problems.
Updated TOC for 3.2 Added HTML history view/export. Optimized Negotiation Module to significantly reduce addon spam. Channel counts weren't updating properly. Fixed bug in history viewer. Messages from some realms couldn't be deleted. Pushed update to update outdated libraries.
